The Bonsay screening process
Each applicant to the Bonsay network must pass a screening process designed to measure subject matter expertise, professionalism, and communication skills.
The whole screening process takes between 2-5 weeks to complete.

Personality and Soft Skills assessment
The first step of the screening process is an interview evaluation of the candidate’s soft skills – such as communication, critical thinking, ethics, and teamwork.
We also assess personality traits, looking for candidates who are passionate and fully engaged in their work.

Skills review
We evaluate each applicant’s technical knowledge and problem-solving ability through various assessments.
Our goal is to identify the level of expertise and ensure that the applicant can deliver exceptional results.

Live screening and Test projects
Our domain experts provide specific live exercises, looking for problem-solving ability, depth of experience, communication ability, and creativity.
Each candidate must finish a Test project that simulates real-world scenarios to demonstrate their competence, thoroughness, professionalism, and integrity.
